Greg Zweber
Executive Director
Greg Zweber became Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota in 2008 after 15 years of managerial, public relations and sales experience in the for-profit sector. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, Greg served on the Board of Directors for 2 years. He serves as Vice Chair on the Steele County Safe and Drug Free Communities Coalition. He is a member of Project Prevention with the Rice County Chemical Health Coalition Enforcement He also serves on the Dodge County Family Services Collaborative .
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas and served in the Peace Corps in Ecuador for 2 years following graduation from St. Thomas.
Greg lives in Faribault with his wife Nicole and their 3 children; Payton, Emma and Grady. He is also a Big Brother to Isaiah and Zach.

Tressa Smallbrock
Program Director
Tressa has been at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota since 2001 when she came on as a Match Support Specialst. She was promoted to Program Director in 2007 and has held the position ever since. Tressa earned her degree in Corrections and Spanish from Mankato State and has worked in Social Services, Education and Corrections.
Tressa lives in Kasson with her husband Chad and their daughter Olivia.
