The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that effective
July 6, 2015, Michelle Redman will be the new Executive Director of Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota. We are fortunate to have an
internal employee who is ready for this new opportunity. Michelle has served
as the agency’s Fund Development Director for the last seven years and has done
an outstanding job in raising awareness for the mission, forming strong
relationships with donors and increasing contributions to fund the critical
work of the agency. In addition to her work in fund development, she also
has helped in a variety of ways with the programming side. Michelle is well
versed in the agency’s operations and well suited to take on this new
responsibility. Her energy, positive attitude and passion for the mission
will serve her well in this new leadership role. We have confidence that
she will continue to lead the agency to positive results in children served and
dollars raised. Michelle is married to Jerry Redman and has three children, Anna,
Jack and Lily and is a Big Sister to Rosy.

Please join us in congratulating
Michelle as she moves forward as our new Executive Director of Big Brothers Big

Sisters of Southern Minnesota!
